From what I’ve gathered factory is the defecto “pvp” map where quads go to frick shite up and grind scavs. I don’t go there
Woods is just bush Wookie sniper paradise that I wander around in a giant circle for 20 min
Interchange is where I’ve been making bank looting PCs. Finally found a car battery last night

EFT Wiki has some great maps and writeups as well.
I just looked up how to build the bitcoin farm and that looks like something that's going to take a while before I can get going.
