Technological advancements in prosthetics/augmentations can enhance human performance. I could see where purists could see that as playing god or advancing beyond the scope of what we should be.
Being unsure as to what gender you are just comes off as mental illness to me. Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but so it goes.
