If anyone is having problems redeeming on the mobile app use a PC or tablet and go to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com redeem the code there then go to the app and download list to push it to your ps4, mines rolling now.

I doubt that works for the full install.
The actual download is only 179MB then you have to launch the game then it installs 10.39GB to the HDD which is what takes an hour+.
