Having fun in this game, but it is giving my completionist habit a bad time.

I’m trying to 5 star all of Mexico before heading on, but it only gives me drops for the ones I’ve already completed.

Annoying as hell.

look for random packages that scattered around the land that leads to your 5 star target. your welcome pal

No shite Sherlock.

My point is, it primarily has drops for the ones I’ve already completed.

The drop rate for Villa libre, C1, and De la Norte are low in comparison to the others, for me at least.

I’ll ride from villa libre to geophysics and I’ll find two small packages for one of them.

I just waited until I unlocked standard orders. At that point it's much easier to 5* everyone.

Also, do you check the shared locker at every facility? Lots of packages in those too.

Apparently it is an issue that everyone is having per my search online.

Once you 5 star Bokka, Artist, and Physics Lab, all drops become those 3 at an 80-90% rate.

My shared locker only has items to use.

That sounds shitty Scruffy. Hope I dont encounter that. So far I only 5 starred lone commander and research facility. I have a bunch above 4 stars though. Ill make sure not to do the artist or bokka for now.

Anyone else think vehicles are too OP?

I've found myself building less structures (i.e., ziplines, transponders, etc.) since driving everywhere is super easy.

I pretty much drive everywhere.

Finally ended up getting 5 stars in all of Mexico.

Easy once you can do missions.

Level 2 roads are god tier if you think driving across the rocks is OP.

I’m starting to laugh more and more as I meet new characters.

Kojima is a fricking weirdo who has no idea how to name people.

Deadman
Tarman
Dollman
Fragile
Rainy

Haven't experience those yet since I'm the only one building roads/monorails in my "world"

First Death Stranding game.

I feel like it is more blatant than his Metal Gear games.

I mean, Rainy, really?

Yea everyone was building dumb crap in mine, so I built some huge stretches. Once you finish the main story and go back though you'll see a ton of your stuff upgraded.

Damn, are you going to go back and play DS1 after you finish? I feel like there are a ton of references/easter eggs in DS2 that you wouldn't pick up on if you hadn't played DS1.

It might be tough to go back though based on the improvements in DS2 (kind of like how it's tough to go back to Nioh 1 after playing Nioh 2), plus, some story beats are kind of spoiled if you've already played DS2.

No doubt. That’s why the endgame is my favorite part. Love just cruising around on the roads making deliveries and raiding MULE/Brigand camps.

Even better in DS2 because you have the music player.

Finally rolled credits. What a ride. Absolute masterpiece (even though there were definitely some parts that weren't very enjoyable )

And now it's time to build allllllllllll the roads and monorails and finish getting everyone to 5 stars

I have generally enjoyed this game until the snow region.

Horrible mundane and purposefully annoying.

The mission of getting to the Eastern Environmental Observatory at the top of the mountain is legitimately making me consider putting the game down for good.

I'd push through it as you'll unlock equipment to make that region less tedious.

What difficulty are you playing on?

Keep on keepin' on!
