I tried that bike course this afternoon. Nothing like I expected. I thought it would be fairly easy...wrong. I'm used to riding 4-5 miles on flat road in about 25 mins. In that time frame, I was still in the woods part and not even to the Lea Joyner. Got a flat and had to turn around. I will go back though but it was tougher than I expected.

haha I didn't go today because my bike is being fixed at the Bike Source. Yeah that course isn't hard for a veteran bike rider but if it's your first time hitting the course it will knock you on your arse.
eta: I suggest you don't go by yourself. Even though it is a beginners course bad shite can happen to you out there. Not to mention the levee is sketchy as frick

I thought the wooden ramps were just up and downs and tried the one in a few hundred yards....uh uh...I didn't know it was a ramp...damn near wrecked. Oh and the ramp going into it...I almost did that. Thank God I didn't.

That ramp should be taken away. I can't tell you how many new bikers think it is a continuous ramp, I've seen many of people get going and have to slam on the breaks after realizing it's a 10 foot drop

Huh? When I first got my crew cab I did accidentally get in the back seat to drive because I was used to driving a regular cab and it was the first door handle I came across as I was pulling something out of the bed. Does that count?
