There are little shrine looking things which correspond to the color of the skull. You place the skull in it and you get a very rare mod. I have only done one and it gave me a rare developers mod that required 5 units of diamonds to make.I only have one unit of diamonds though. It may give you other things, but like I said I have only found and placed one skull.
I think picking up facts and personal IDs is just for trophy purposes.

the mod's i'm rocking right now are Heavy, Shock, & High Voltage. but just waiting to pick up a good enough weapon to put the Impact Mod on.

I cant remember TBH. I remember it being awesome though.
I really like and nail/barbed wire that you can put on bats because they are a longer weapon. I also like the high voltage mod with the machetes.
I'm not a fan of the Heavy mods because you can only put them on a hammer which are way to short for my taste. Those and the millions of different types of knives I find. Way to short for me.
I did find a pistol ammo mod which I am pumped about. No more running around hoping to run into gang members.

That's not too far off. Will just be a little harder for you to kill the level 20 zombies is all but you will get a lot of XP and level up faster. MVPevy was 11 playing with 3 level 19s last night.
