So I beat him and then went to the bonfire. There is a short guy who tells me to move along, am I missing something there? I haven't found a way to get the bridge down in the other direction.

It's a dead end. If you need to advance to Harvest Valley, you have to beat the Skele lords.

Sorry, Huntsman's Copse is a blur to me. I know it's not too hard to find from the entrance. You'll have to get there via a cave with skeles and casters (the hardest part) and you'll proceed down a narrow cliff where an NPC will invade and the path is under a waterfall.

For the rats you just have to find the one that when hit will decrease the boss HP bar. The rest are decoys and keep spawning. Just keep moving around the room letting then come to you and hit 2-3 at a time.

For the harvest valley you have to lower the first bridge and go across. Then you will come to another bonfire behind a locked door. Go left and through the cave just past the bonfire on the right and somewhere in that cave you will get the key to the bonfire. This just makes it easier. Once lit, you will go through that same cave hugging the left wall and you will see a passage way not long after. This leads you to the outside where you will cross a wood bridge over a chasm. Hang to the right and follow it until you get to the waterfall. You can then go behind the waterfall and to your left after will be the skele lords fog door.

Skele Lords tip if you want it (Spoiler):

The skele lords are easy to kill but once you kill the second one some skeletons will spawn. Kill the skeletons first before killing the last lord. The lords are pretty easy to avoid. Once the last lord is dead the wooden wheels of death from DS spawn. They are a lot easier to kill without skeltons around, just keep your shield up.

Can you post that weakness over in the spoiler thread. I am having trouble with them...they can damage me through my tower shield.

Their weakness is dark magic. Take your weapon, slap some dark magic resin on it and watch the health bar drop.

I wrote an F'in novel trying to get you to Harvest Valley and you couldn't even let me know if it helped.

That hurts bro....that hurts.

Last night playing Old Iron Keep was the first time I felt like rage quitting. I beat The Last Sinner and the Ruin Sentinels on my first try, but the Old Iron King was a bitch to me. Getting to him is a hastle and he fricking knocks me into a pit not three seconds into the fight.

If you're still stuck on Old Iron King, there is a semi-hidden bonfire near him in the final room with the flames going on and off. Once you use that, there's only one enemy between you and the boss.

Skele Lords were easy. I also learned the awesomeness of going light and 2 handing. Makes things a lot easier.

Did everyone else get the see through armor from the merchant in Majula?

SPOILERS

If you talk to him when you are dead broke, he gives you an armor set for free.

I think this is the guy that lets you join the Brotherhood of Blood. You need to have a token of Spite to do it though. Your best bet would be to go to either the doors of pharos or the crypt of harval and get forced to invade a ratbro.

I'm not seeing anyone complaining about the gargoyles boss. Am I missing something, was getting my arse beat when I was trying to fight three of them at a time.
