By crunchy, I mean number crunchy. I am basically looking for a spreadsheet with graphics. And the graphics don't have to be that good. I would prefer turn-based combat, but don't really care. Don't care if it is single player or MMO. Just looking for a game with deep character development (the abilities and attribute type of development, not the plot type) that allows for min/maxing.

Doesn't even have to be a new game, just not so old that it is impossible to find.

Any suggestions?

Emulators.

You really should check out Disgaea if you can get past the anime (I had to too).

That's crazy numbers, they even let you "warp into" your weapons and level them up to. It's weird. If I remember correctly.

They remade one of them for PSP (available digitally on Vita), but emulators is your best bet for the others.

Disgaea is super number crunchy though. Trillions of damage.
