Depends on what you want, I have the GF maxing everything before the TH since TH depends on loot you can take. So lower TH more loot you can possibly earn by finding people with TH higher.


Getting the extra wall pieces and extra storages/elixirs/camps/defenses is nice but until you have to lvl it up, so why not max everything up at a low TH so if you do get attacked people get less of your loot than max out TH where they can get more because you don't have proper lvl defense/walls? Does this make sense? Just my way of thinking and wishing I had done it different on my character.

At lvl 7 you max out on troops at lvl 5 and camps lvl 5 correct?
Plus you can put up to lvl 6 walls all around which helps.
But when searching if you find a lvl 5 TH you get less loot than say you have a lvl 5 TH and find another lvl 5.

As I've said before everyone has a different opinion on how to build your base. So just find what you value most and work on it, for me it is storages/attacks (meaning troop leveling/camp building/barrack building/spells) and then defense.

Yup which is why I recommend lower TH to maximize loot to then maximize troops/defense/storage which then IMO makes it less likely to get raped as you increase trophy lvl later on
