Check out the 27” Alienware oled on Amazon. Alienware is made by Dell and dell has good warranties on their products.

I agree about the cheating. It's rampant. But I still get wins.
Her son has an Xbox but wants a gaming pc. Idk, I got it for him for Christmas. He 16 and plays a bunch of different games.
