I did it once by accident. The guy was apparently down in health already and I did a panic swipe. Not as dramatic as it is in COD. Thought the guy just vanished.

Teabagging in the first Halo was hilarious. The crouch action was a lot faster, so you would literally, pardon the expression, rape the guys face.
What we would do is jump over the dead body, and if you hit crouch at the right time before you landed, it would look like you were tap dancing over them.
