It's a relevant question because balance is subjective. You'll never find me floating beneath a level or shooting AC-130 rounds out of my gun because that to me is breaking the balance rending the player nigh-invulnerable. Using a gun with a flawed RoF reduction in my book is not the same, it may be different to you but you asked for my logic on it, so there it is.

You guessed right, BLOPS was the COD game I played the least. When I did play, I used either the Stoner or the last Assault rifle you could buy w/ sleight of hand, camo, and hacker pro.

It's whatever the perk was that camouflaged you from the recon sweeps. They've changed the damn name so many times I can't remember.

People who used Ghost Pro and crouched in corners with a motion sensor had the ghey.
