One thing I've noticed I'm not too fond of...if you're prone behind cover and multiple members of your squad spawn with you at the same time, you can be pushed out into the open.

yeah, i noticed that last night too. I was sniping and the squad started to spawn on me and they gave away my cover

I wonder if some maps won't have vehicles
i can't see Metro having vehicles besides maybe Choppers

I was prone on some steps and kept creeping up to get a shot on a guy. All of the sudden, I'm moving up the steps, out into the open and got dropped. I don't know if the guy spawned on me or not, but he had the same idea and as he moved up, he pushed me out of the way. Not sure how I feel about this

I think the jets and choppers will mostly be fighting each other, TBH. I have no want to fly anything...maybe a jet.

So, I wonder if EA has considered the trend in bosting and if it will make an impact in BF3.
I can see it happening. Squad up with booster friend. Switch teams at the beginning of the match. Seek out friend and boost.

what's the gain? There's no nuke. Unless it's a TDM style gameplay, let them have at it.

Considering it takes 100 hours to unlock everything per kit...I could see some wanting to shortcut that process.

I've played this thing for a good while now and I still don't have some of the more badassery weapons, like the SCAR and M416.
ETA: The starting weapons are decent on the US side. And I read that the Back to Karkand bonus might have some weapons too.
ETA 2: There are stingers and javelins, so I'm guessing it'll be at least possible to shoot shite down, assuming they're lock on.

Any noticed weapon imbalance yet? I haven't felt like the higher ranked players have an advantage with gun selection.

Not really...I have been getting killed with a lot of M416's lately. My go to is the M27 IAR or SAW.
