No it isn't beyond the point. Microsoft isn't responsible for your internet connection.
Go complain the the DoD if you want a better internet connection while in the field. Im sure they will be more than happy to sacrifice bandwidth from essential services so that private homey can get his call of duty on.

wat the hell, the point is people bring them knowing the interet is shitty due to the bandwidth being used for ops. B/c they know this they are used as stand alone systems like i just said

Because as a vet of two wars with friends and relatives who have also served it makes me want to cry seeing some little bitch whining about not being able to play his XBOne while on deployment into a war zone.
Man the frick up you little jack offs, you'll have PLENTY of time to play when you get home.
It is especially painful when you realize that
A) military members in a warzone are not exactly a huge customer base for MicroSoft
B) Microsoft has exactly NOTHING to do with whether you have an internet connection or not.
What the frick is next , bitching about Chevy not building a Corvette that they can drive 170 MPH in the boonies of Afghanistan?

I am done with this conversation and I respect you for serving. But you seem like you are defending Microsoft more than anything. Calling somebody out because back in your day you didn't have a cell phone.
I agree with A and B.
I don't ever think the point was that it was a necessity, just another point of why the 24 hour check up is a bummer.

Calm down, hero.
No hero here, I just don't get hating on a fricking game company because you chose to be involved with a military knowing full well it would probably cut into your gaming time.
