Dominated my second game of the day. Won a match with only two of us. My teammate was Watt and he was damn good with her. Landed airbase and we effectively created chokepoints all over the place.
Btw, Path is mortal again. Wraith feels like paper and lifeline can't heal with drone behind the barrier. Great fricking update.

Solo queued my first match after the update as Pathfinder. Dropped right on top of a drop crate and grabbed the L-STAR. That gun is nuts. Held it with me to the end and got the dub with it in a 3 to 1 against the last squad.

The L-Star is good close range if you hit your shots and its full of ammo

Yea that gun was OP in Titanfall 2 and it’s pretty similar in Apex. But the amount of bullets available to you doesn’t exactly allow it to be a gun you can use for an entire game.

It’s a supply drop gun, so the only way to get more ammo is grab another.

So it's started already, ran into a Smurf account in the bronze leagues. Dude was a level 6 with the 2000 damage and 20 kill in a single match badge. I spectated after he killed me and he wiped four squads himself as Wraith.

They've got to do something about 3rd partying in this game. Maybe like Fortnite where you gain so health after a kill or something.

The only issue I have with 3rd partying is that when my squad tries to do it, the two squads we are 3rd partying all of a sudden make some sort of non-verbal pact to stop fighting each other and 6v3 my squad.

The gameplay has gotten soooooo much slower since the update especially in ranked.. The point system promotes camping and slow play which I dont like. Putting a 5 kill cap on it is stupid. No incentive to kill anybody after 5 kills
