Nostalgia got me and I’m back on. On faerlina server and I’ve never seen so many people playing since original release.

Prepatch launches on the 30th and then Scourge event starts on Sept 6th and Wrath fully launching on the 26th.

I have fond memories of the ICC raid. My raid group had the most trouble coordinating for the Sindragosa fight for whatever reason. Many late nights and many beers consumed while wiping in that raid.

WOTLK is when I started getting serious into WoW but nowhere near enough time to play this along with Warships.

I think the problem I have with these classic servers is that vanilla WoW actually made a lot of sense. It's the entire experience from level 1-60. With TBC and WoTLK, it's just the endgame, and I don't see how those servers really have any staying power.

How long does it take to level to max? What is max now 70? Is there a boost?

It was like 120 or something, but they did a level squish awhile back. I could not tell you want the max level is now

Currently max level for TBC Classic is 70. There is a boost to level 58. On August 30th, the 70 boost is introduced in preparation for the Wrath of the Lich King launch on Sept. 26 where the level cap gets raised to 80.

I've played classic up until now - but I have no idea why it just isn't as fun anymore. I played Vanilla to Draenor and loved it, but it's pretty meh now, especially the mmo part of it. I was always a tank and getting in groups now is just the worst because of the way people act. I moved over to BSB and it's the same there. I've really soured on it.

I have a feeling if they go any further in the expansion release it'll defeat the point. This really isn't that hard of a decision but it'll depend on how much they want to allocate to the Classic game.
