Any tips for a below average MW3 player?

.74 k/d ratio. I like to snipe and i also use the type 95 a lot. just looking for any kind of tips to help me. TIA

Playing with friends really helps. Communication. I rarely play this and pretty much stink it up, but I played with my brother and a few of his friends this morning and had a 35-5 and a 25-5 game. Don't necessarily camp, but if you feel comfortable in an area, roam around there back and forth. Just shrink the map for yourself every once in a while.

Stick to flanks, run with a teammate, always keep an eye on your radar, use an automatic weapon like m4 or acr, always look down sights when going around corners esp if using stalker. Those are a few basics

check the lobbies and make sure you're not playing against a bunch of people with high kd ratios.

You need to keep yourself around one small area of a map. When you just stay in one small area and keep checking all the ways in then you make sure you never get shot from behind. And when you start to get overrun move to another spot on the map. I started to play this way and i jumped from a 1.3 to a 1.97 so it definitely worked for me
The team thing also works very well, because its hard to have a good k/d when you have a bunch of shitty teammates that go 8-22 every match
