Any iPhone App Like “Age of Empires”?

I was a big fan of AOE (I think that was the name) on PC years ago and I’m looking for something similar for the phone. The game had good AI opponents who developed their civilizations as you developed yours and there was no multiplayer aspect. I downloaded DomiNations because it looked similar but it’s becoming apparent that it’s a P2W game that’s an incredible grind if you don’t bust out the credit card. I’d prefer a game that actually has an ending, not a multiplayer game with no real winning or losing.
