Yeah they are cool. I have one now. I think I might redo most of my island and incorporate more of them. Especially since you can't block people off at the airport anymore. I don't really care if anyone picks a flower or shakes a tree TBH.
Also, Isabelle said I'll have shooting stars tonight. I will try my best to open up for everyone this evening.

I like the look of the angled bridges too, but I don’t have any real place to put one unless I completely redo everything and redivert the rivers. My villagers houses and pathway are all on a direct narrow corridor along backside of the river.
What I REALLY want is to be able to place a bridge in between cliffs. Hopefully that’s possible on a future game update.

That's the point I'm at. I've collected everything from Gulliver and Gulllivarrr plus I have all of the mermaid items.
I want to be satisfied and leave our island alone because I like it but we're constantly tweaking something or moving something. Had to move a house yesterday because it was one space off from being centered. The further along you make it in the game, the more OCD starts to show.
I have 340 NMTs and nothing left to buy. I was going to spend it on a dreamy but a random friend my girlfriend made on here is sending us a bunch of homemade Amiibos. She told us to pick ten and they should be here early in the week.

Awesome. I still like traveling to see who I like and don't like so I'm going to stockpile NMTs. We had that strawberry rhino at our campsite. Should have convinced her to move in. She might be spoof worthy

The problem we're having is our town is full of villagers we like. The only two we want gone are Queenie and Ellie. Everyone else brings something to the island, whether it be Hopkins talking about eating everything because he's the stoner or Teddy talking about working out constantly. Melba has been a surprisingly nice addition - all she does is read all the time and leave everyone alone.
I had no idea the Amiibos let you chose who you want to boot from town so instead of sending Queenie trash until her rating drops enough, we're going to replace her the easy way.
Also, the villagers have started sending fake statues in the mail as gifts since the update. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yeah that's the best part of amiibo spoofing. I love ketchup. She calls me her bestie. Egbert is still my favorite. He says the weirdest shite.

I would go Ketchup second with Tucker as my favorite. Something about the way he always says "It's me, Tucker!" even after he's been on the island for over a month makes me laugh.
Octavian, Silvia and Apollo were some of the Amiibos we got. Not sure who we're going with first, likely Octavian since we don't have any cranky villagers.
Looking to do a fossil event at some point tomorrow in order to get rid of about a hundred fossils if anyone is interested. No entry fee or gifts required. Just want them gone.

Ketchup is the BEST villager. No one will ever change my mind
Amiibo spoofs make it so much easier. We have an assortment of 15 or so of select villagers to use between me and my kid islands.
My cranky wolf Lobo has given me a real painting that I donated. My cranky gorilla Peewee has given me a fake warrior statue that is sitting at entrance to my bamboo zen garden. These both came with last couple weeks.

They aren’t at all cranky. They start a little standoffish in first couple days. But they’re awesome. They have good music and deep voices. Lobo the Wolf was hanging out at Ketchups place a few nights ago reading a book, haha
