So I found out the other day that Calandros sells Zea's Thai Rib Sauce. If you have ever been to Zeas and gotten it then you know this stuff is pretty damn good. Anyway, I am gonna make some baby back ribs tonight and I was trying to decide what spices i want to use for my dry rub (remember these are thai ribs) before i baste w/ a thinned out sauce. Suggestions?

I would do salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, chinese five spice, and maybe some crushed red pepper.

I love those ribs too.

I like to grill pork chops and use the Thai Rib Sauce as a dipping sauce. I have tried cooking the pork chops in a pan and adding the sauce to the pork while cooking, but the sauce loses some of its kick when cooked. If you make ribs, I would suggest applying the sauce after the ribs come off of the grill.
