could you live in a city where you never saw seafood except at captain Ds or red lobster?

It's not open any more I don't believe, and I confess that I never ate there, but I know a guy who had sort of Louisiana themed place in Nashville 6-7 years ago that I would bet money was on par with anything you'd find like that in BR.

How long have you been there? Do you know the place I'm talking about?

patricks (where that hotty totty patterson house "speakeasy" is now) has some decent cajun..they're over by hundred oaks now

bros (yep not breaux's) was in sylvan park..then moved to nolensville..and now on charlotte pike near HCA..most authentic la food in town

chappys - south mississippi chef, got into a tissy with the 'food nightmare' segment who made him change his menu around and almost put him out of business..i dont really like it..been there twice

new orleans cafe (east nasty) closed down many years ago..bar with buffet..pretty icky

papa boudreaux...its ok..but too overpriced...his original location was all the way down in FLY

This is the place I'm talking about. I see, he actually reopened, and I guess moved. I think he had shut down for a while.
