I've purchased roasts and had them grind it into ground for me. I've also purchased steaks and have them slice them to desired thickness. I am wondering if they offer something similar for chicken? I've been buying ground chicken lately to make nuggets for the kids but figured it would be a hell of a lot cheaper to buy breasts or thighs on sale and have them grind it.

Highly unlikely unless they have a dedicated machine. The step to clean up a grinder for chicken is a bridge too far for most.

Get a grinder! A manual LEM is pretty easy to use or an old universal grinder. It is surprising how easy it is to grind your own meat. Almost all of our ground beef is done at home now and being able to grind any meat is invaluable.

^This.
Especially if you have a KitchenAid mixer. Buy the attachment. It'll grind a couple pounds quick and easy

Disassemble. Put in dishwasher.

Pretty much what he said.

I bought an all stainless model (amazon) that’s indestructible. I use it for anything less than 5 lbs. More than that and I’m breaking out the big boy.
