Stumbled upon Mateo's Medium at CostCo and grab that or the mild from Rouse's whenever it is in stock. Some locations only carry the habanero hot and I don't have the tastebuds for that scorching $h!t.

I can't do jarred salsa, but if I want to eat and am too lazy to make most grocery stores do have the fresh stuff now. When I make at home I use the Pioneer Woman's recipe; it's closest to the Mexican restaurants around here. It's pretty good stuff!
