That's one I'd definitely like to try.
1st is a fresh crack of an OESO. I'm happy to report I've finally got all of the recipes. Naturally, they just released a sampler pack with all of the recipes.

Reminds me of my ski trips to Vail, walking around the village. That wood mulch smell. Really good

Aged in charred oak barrels, toasted and smoked with cigar tobacco. Fresh crack and wow. Unique in a great way

It would be much better for my pocket book, but sadly I do not. We do have some posters with direct connections via their businesses. I've admittedly over bought at times. Woodinville barrel picks are now in the state. Cannatas got the bourbon today. I sampled and it's well worth the price (70). I think a few others (Dorignacs, TW)also have picks coming. I'd really like to try the barrel strength rye.
Speaking of ryes, I finally gave in for this one. I gave up hope of it showing up at retail. Hopefully it's worth it

Blind flight of the E's. With variations in proof and stores, it's not a completely level field, but will be a lot of fun. I plan to do the same with B's and then will run the top two in each category against each other.
