They're doing things the right way. They didn't rush the product like so many other upstarts. The regular is sweet and light. The cask strength has much more depth and some spice to balance things out. The price point for both is reasonable.

Sticking with ryes tonight

Customer wanted a pour from this unopened bottle so I joined in. It was decent, light and delicate for a rye at 92 proof. IMHO this bottle isn’t worth the price

A friend brought this back from TN. The mouthfeel is on the light side, but pretty impressive overall.

This barrel pick has probably been my favorite 1792 product I’ve ever had.

The classic Willett cinnamon profile is prominent, but add in some grapes. It works surprisingly well.
