600!

Also, great pours last night! Galatoire's kicked my arse, but it was better than watching that game...

It was really good stuff. Had some heat, but was appropriate for its proof. But tons of flavor from start to finish. I know they source their juice, but i've never been disappointed with any of them. Although, not crazy about their own rye they just started putting out.

I enjoyed the 11 yr old we drank last night too, really good stuff. I sampled the 2 yr Rye at Phillipe's and wasn't impressed at allllll.

I bet so. Thats what I picked up in KY was the 11y/o. No way I could spring $400 for the 20 y/o.

And I have to agree. Their own rye has a ways to go before i'll be getting any for myself.

I'd like to know where they get the juice from for the 11 yr old.

Yea, not sure either. I've seen a couple of places suggested. But never anything definitive.

So what's the maximum you guys would spend on a bottle?

Edit: The reason I ask is I found my unicorn bottle that has avoided me for years but it's $500.
