Of course everything is overpriced in secondary but relatively speaking I thought it was undervalued. It's one of my favorite bottles.

Funny you say that, Mark from BinQ cleared out either Sams or Costco, I can't remember which he said. He had them in the back room for a while.

That's painful.

I think it's a great pour but when we did a side by side with regular bookers, I didnt find THAT much of an improvement. Maybe I'll do it again since the bottles been open a while. Don't get me wrong, I'd buy it all day for retail but it's not nearly worth $275

Just kidding. I didn't go to Costco. I have no idea if they have any or not. I am not a big fan of the barrel proof stuff especially in this heat. I will take the SB every day over the BP.

I've never bought anything at secondary prices. I either find it on a shelf, win it in a raffle or do without, so I agree.

I'm going to have to break that streak to get my wedding toast bourbon though.

'09 Four Roses Mariage. One of the best pours I've ever had and the story of the Four Roses name fits the event.

You may be able to work a trade for one if you get lucky in the Fall release.

I'm October 9th.....

No BP at Costco, but some good stuff none the less. I'm always getting a bottle of Eagle Rare there for $25.99, and Baby Saz for $20.00. The EHT SmB was $35.

I thought about that but it'd have to be a WLW or PVW which I haven't gotten any of the past 2 years.
