Diver Scallops
Grilled with butternut squash puree and bacon jam
~Old Fashioned Cocktail~

If you run across this it's pretty damn tasty if you like talisker I got it for about half the price of a normal talisker bottle. Also started a collection of all of the iterations, got 3/9 so far

Lincoln RD is the real deal. Jack Rose in DC had their Makers mark stave pick there.

I gave a blind tasting to two friends of the Knob Creek Qtr. Oak and Weller 12. Both of them chose the KC.
