Bourbon-wise, some of the more available bottles are Elijah Craig, Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace.
Stepping up in price can get you Four Roses small batch/single barrel or some of the EH Taylor’s
Stuff like Blanton’s and Elmer T. Lee you may come across but those are harder to find.
Hope this is a start...

If you like wheated bourbons
-Weller special reserve- $30 1.75l easy find
-Weller Antique and weller 12 year are harder to find but nice to have on the shelf
-Maker’s Mark is a staple and I think they are one of the few mass producers who haven’t drop heavily in quality.
-Maker’s 46 is a nice step up to have in the shelf
I hate to further the craze but it seems like you need a blantons bottle on the shelf just to check that box.
If you like ryes the whistle pig 10 year has good legs to it. Also the michters 10 year barrel proof is nice to have on the shelf. McKenna 10yr is nice but seems to be polarizing for some.
Bourbons that you should buy if you magically walk passed in a store and they have for msrp.

Has it been that long? It is a pretty lame chant but I'm a John Curtis Patriot and we had a few tight games with the Rummel Raiders in recent years.

Finally people can stop acting like Curtis walks on water and that they could beat an sec football team because they have more state championships than Alabama can count.
