Martins does some wine ones I know too. We dont focus on the booze types...mainly Louisiana foods or items...if its made here ill put it in. But we also do whatever someone wants. Did 50 Boston themed foods for new england journal of medicine for there gifts this year. Hundreds at a time of Snack trays with oreos, nutter butters, snyders pretzels and things like that for a casino. Ill do whatever if I have the means to get it.

I like the 1792 full proof...I like all the 1792s really so far.

I like to make mine, with 2oz bourbon or rye, 2 bar spoons of simple syrup, 3/4 bar spoon of bitters, bar spoon with 1 la roux cherry and a little cherry syrup. Stir that all up, add to 1 big cube of ice or a few small ones and an orange rind. No muddling for me.

That OF in the cup like that I do 6oz of handy 1 to 1.5oz of the OF mix (depending how sweet you like) and 10-12 dashes of bitters. I shake with ice then pour over fresh. One will get you a solid buzz lol. You can scale it back for smaller pours.

You laugh about a pappy basket but I was going to make one just to post and get a reaction lol. Still will also I sold the box I wanted to do it in and cant get more but I have another option.

I wanted to do it in the Rougaru one on the right.

Saw a few people looking for trades and wanted to try here first. I would much rather do a trade that did not involve shipping (I am in BR). I have an extra WLW that I am interested in trading for a PVW 15- understand that I might have to throw in cash. Would entertain offers but pretty focused on PVW15. Can post a picture or share via e-mail if needed.

Jones since you are in Colorado, see if you can find the single barrel Breckenridge Bourbon, I picked a bottle of that up a couple of years at their place in Breckenridge. At the time it was only available there, but that may have changed since they have grow since. Their regular Bourbon is pretty good too.

I haven’t been in this thread at all but used to post in the original some. Anyone had Henry McKenna from Heaven Hill? If so, what’s the opinion on it? I picked up a bottle a few weeks back but haven’t opened it yet.

I’ll have to crack it open after I kill a few other bottles. Thanks for the feedback fellas. Good to know it’s a solid pour.
