Not sure if you noticed but they had a typo on that label with the recipe. Says 75 percent rye?

Congrats man! For real! If I'm reading that correctly.

Also got both of these at cost near Atl this afternoon. They had Parker Heritage 24yr as well but the divorce would've cost wayyyyy more than the bottle had I brought it home.
Which one of these cherries do i pop tonight?

You don't have to grease them so hard if you want to pop that puppies can. I say go with the Saz 18.

I would love to get ahold of one of those Lincoln Road Smooth Ambler picks. How is it?

1PD: Knob Creek bourbon house selection.

2PD & 3PD: peated scotch blind showdown.
Lagavulin 16 vs Ardbeg Uigeadail

I instantly knew which was which because of the higher proof of the Ardbeg. I thought I would prefer the Lagavulin but the Ardbeg was the winner for me. Maybe I'm just a proof whore.

I will agree the Ardbeg > Lagavulin 16. More alcohol usually means more flavor, I also think the Lagavulin has fallen off a bit over the years. The last bottle I had of it was tamer than previous batches. The other factors at play are Ardbeg is Non-Chilled filtered and natural color where Lagavulin is chill filtered and has caramel color added.
