Where to get Guanciale in Mandeville / NorthShore / Metairie?

Looking for some guanciale to make an authentic Carbonara. I usually sub American bacon but it's definitely a different taste. Would like to find a source for the real deal.
I am on the NorthShore but I am betting I am going to have to cross the Lake to find an Italian Deli / Meat store?

Have you checked Nor Joe’s Imports on Frisco off Metairie Road (by the train tracks)?
They have a deli and they bake some breads and desserts (Cannoli King Cake), but they also import tons of Italian meats, cheeses, and oils.
I don’t think they have a website.
