Where to eat and what to drink in Tulsa?

I’ll be in Tulsa from Tuesday to Friday this week and I’ll have plenty of free time. I’ve never been so any recs would be appreciated.
I’m open to all types of cuisine. Price range doesn’t really matter, but the wife and I will probably only really break the bank eating out once.
Any breweries around worth checking out?
I’ll be staying downtown but will Uber as needed.

All solid choices.
I’d add in Smoke (I think they still do $5 burger on Monday) and Ti Amo’s for Italian (really the bruschetta and lobster bisque they serve before meal).

American Solera, they are the brothers who started Prairie then sold Prairie to the brewery they had been using to contract brew Prairie stuff.
