Where Did The Shrimp Toast Go?

This used to be one of my favorite items at Chinese places. Is it me, or has shrimp toast practically disappeared in the last few years?

I love shrimp toast, as well, and rarely see it. I enjoyed the version at Peche.

Haven't been in a while, but Great Wall used to have it regularly.
