What kind of sausage? Several grocery stores carry premixed
Italian and breakfast sausage mixes. Academy sports also. Bass Pro/Cabelas has a large selection of mixes.

You can try Mathernes. We use Deep South Blenders Green Onion Sausage Mix. Get it at Franks in Des Allemands,

Rouse's butcher has packs from Deep South for Cajun, Italian, Green Onion, etc

Don’s Supermarket in Reserve has their own mix and the Deep South brand. On top of the meat counter in the back.
