Went to Olive or Twist last night for Restaurant Week. Plan was to grab a bite there before heading to the LSU game...which we never made.

Got there at 6 and seated promptly. A small group of us so we got drinks and ordered all of the different options to taste each (3 options for each course). Apps came out in probably 25 minutes, but were all very good. At that time we ordered another drink and two of those came out fairly quickly. The third took another 15-20 minutes. Didnt get out main course until probably 8-815. We finished that and werent able to get another drink after as the waitress never really came back. Dessert came out but was wrong initially even though we ordered the 3 different ones . We eventually got another one brought and then were told they were out of the 3rd option. Somehow the waitress snagged the last one for us. At that time we requested the check, signed, and left at about 9:15.

TLDR version: Food was good but it took over 3 hours. Service was severely lacking, but I felt like it had more to do with them not being prepared for the full crowd than just a terrible waitress. She was very nice and apologetic, and we actually felt bad for her as it appeared they had only 2-3 waitresses working the whole restaurant.
