Last time I tried Zatarrains, it was way saltier than either Tony’s or Slap Ya Momma.

Uncle Larry’s if you can find it. It’s only been out a couple years. Great flavor and has a good kick to it.

LeBlanc's it was developed by 2002 world champion jambalaya cook Kim LeBlanc. He makes a BBQ rub,hot and mild Cajun/ Creole seasoning.
