I like DARK beers that either have a molassass, chocolate, or coffee type flavor.

I just gravitate to those more than naught.

over the top, continuously hopped IPAs like Dogfish Head's 120 Minute IPA. My wife tells me it is like drinking flowers

Toss up between Belgian/Belgian style ales and American IPAs. Last night drank Karmeliet Tripel and Racer 5.

Probably IPA, but I do love some Hefeweizen!

Is it that much better than 90 min? Idk if I want to go through the trouble getting it seeing that I'm in BR. But I got some buddies in TX that could get it for me, if it is worth it.

I've only tried it once, but it's so much more boozy that it's a lot different to me. Is that better? I don't think so, but it's worth giving a try.

Will give it a try if I find it. But that doesn't sound like something I NEED to try.

The 90 minute is a staple in my fridge, but I love the 120 minute when it is available. If you haven't had it, get somebody to pick it up for you. I just pick it up when it is convenient.

I've started trying out some dark lagers recently..especially after a trip overseas and trying out Kozel (czech beer)I think it may be my favorite beer ever. Too bad you can't get it in the states.

And yes, Pilsner Urquell is much better there.

IPA is definitely my fave, but I also like Pilsners and Ambers.

Anyways, do we have enough people to get an IPA drinkers club going in Baton Rouge? Someone needs to stand up for IPAs. I'm sick of going to restaurants that don't offer an IPA selection. It's time for a grassroots movement.
