I’ve only gotten takeaway at Pappy’s Smokehouse probably 7-8 years ago. To the best of my recollection, we enjoyed it, but it took a while to wait in line if I recall.
We also ate at Salt and Smoke for dinner once. It is a bit more pretentious and had a good meal there, but I can’t recall if I really thought it was true barbecue.

Sugar Fire is good enough.

Sugar Fire is good. It’s not traditional bbq, but the Shaved Duck Smokehouse is also worthy of a visit.
