I have this one too and it cranks out some great jerky. i have about eight trays and can crank out about 2.5 lbs of jerky per cook

Excalibur - made 100s of lbs of jerkey with this thing. It's fast, easy to clean and makes a lot of jerky.

I used a Gardenmaster for about six years before it gave out. Made hundreds of pounds of jerky. I could squeeze ~1 lb of raw meat per tray, and fully dehydrate it in 4 hrs.
At $100 I feel like it is a great deal.

I like to just use the Blowhard 3000 when the weather's not too hot and muggy.
