I would try Martin Wine Cellar or Calandros on Perkins.

Miss-read your post.
Thought it said
"Best collection of Snake in BR"
Other than Rattlesnake, haven't had any snake in 40 years. Haven't had rattlesnake in maybe 20 years.
Sake? Maybe 2 years in Tokyo, which is a long way to travel for a nice warm sake.

no place had any on friday. I need to get either whole foods or one of the liquor stores to stock some because it will get bought.

This doesn't help you in BR, but if you're ever in Nola, I know the Rouses on Tchoup had a decently large selection. When I say large, it's relative. They had a couple to several dozen varieties.

yea the whole foods in nola has a few, but the BR one does. Im going to ask them to stock the same as the one in NOLA
