I like to grill thick pork chops like this:
Marinate in Alegro for a few hours
Season with Doe’s Eat Place Poultry seasoning
Glaze with Hoover Sauce while grilling
Pretty tasty for a cheap piece of meat.

Since I discovered Smoky Joe's Grill Mark Paint,
I do all kinds of stuff.
As you can see, it works great. I got mine at the local True Value Hardware store.

I made that smoked queso that was going around on TikTok last year. It actually came out pretty good.
I routinely smoke Mac and cheese when I’m smoking meat. And I get the most complements when i smoke the Mac and cheese with Gouda. The Gouda complements the smoke really well.

I like to do paella on the grill. Love the charcoal/smokiness versus doing indoors in the oven.

Nothin specific, but once or twice a week I go to the grocery store and let the discount sticker decide for me.
I buy whatever random piece of beef/chicken/pork is marked down and try and make it good.
The chicken and pork are what they are, but it gets interesting with the beef. I don’t think our local harps has a clue what cuts some of the stuff they sell actually is.
They just have random chunks of beef and throw it in a package.
