I had a slap chop that I got as a white elephant gift but ended up for using it close to 10 years, I fricking fell in love with that thing…. it was incredibly useful

Small, IIRC 8” Griswold cast iron frying pan from my Grand dad. Ballpark of 75 years old, all I use it for is cornbread.

An old carbon steel chefs knife a good friend of mine passed on to me, he and his wife bought it in France. He gave it to me after she passed from cancer.

A simple white handled Dexter Santoku knife I bought from a restaurant supply house probably 25 years ago. Keeps a great edge, resharpens easily.

More functional than anything - paper plates. Use them once and then throw them away. No need for washing dishes.

I have 2 really nice wood cutting boards. They are beautiful, and one, which I won, was a $350-$400 cutting board.

I still find myself mostly using the cheap plastic ones because I can put them in the dishwasher with no worries.

The thing I really enjoy lately is my 3 compartment bamboo seasoning box.

LINK

I keep Kosher salt, course ground pepper and granulated garlic in it. I am considering getting another to add more seasonings. Great to have the often used seasonings at your fingertips.
