Dinner was some nice Turkey sliders. I rarely cook with turkey but it turned out pretty good. I had a mix of corn, red and green bells, jalapeno, and black been thrown into the mix. Topped with tomato slice.

I just grilled it on the stove top. I didn't want to risk it on the grill since they were small.

I ate one wrapped in a large spinach leaf, pretty solid.

yeah, that one was for the kids but i enjoyed it more than the other. the jalapeños overpowered it. my wife said maybe not ranch but a red sauce next time.

Yeah, I'm not sure ranch would be my choice either. That other pie looked great. I bet a little pesto on that chicken pie would work too.
