Spare ribs about to go on with applewood...
Haven't decided what to do with the trimmings. Any suggestions?

Nothing this weekend. Still have some brisket leftover that I smoked on Tuesday.
Tonight is Cioppino and tomorrow I'm taking my first crack at red beans. Even have pickled pork in the fridge for it, along with tasso and andouille.

make sure your noodles al dente. also let your ground beef come to room temperature before cooking. also sprinkle some chopped green onions over the dish prior to serving.
