What to do with whole summer truffles?

I was given some whole summer truffles for Christmas and am looking for ideas. Any go to recipes for these guys? I really want to try to recreate the truffle crab claws from Tableau, but that leaves me with a lot of left overs for other recipes. TIA

I know this isn't helpful, but I really do not find any appeal in summer truffles.
