Squeeze 'em, make ice cubes with the juice, then you can use them through the year.

Preserve them in salt cut up in quarters. Makes a very concentrated lemon that you can use in dressings, marinades, you name it.

it's good on fresh fruit, biscuits, scones, pound cake, your finger..
put a bunch of em in a bowl on the table.. looks and smells good in the kitchen. Slice em and throw em in the dish water when u wanna use em up.
