Don't have jalapeno, tomato, or onion to make guac. They're probably too soft to do anything but mash up. Ideas???

I had a smoothie at a Vietnamese place the other day made from Honey dew and Avocado, it was delicious.

Just slice them and top a burger, a sandwich or a salad.

Slice em in half olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Your welcome.

I've been making a vinaigrette with half an avocado instead of EVOO. Nice and creamy.

Yeah, I was thinking if they were that soft, the likelihood of a lot of gray on the inside was high.

One idea I want to try soon is an avocado compound butter

Alton brown has a recipe for it that's probably pretty good

One of the things I considered. I want to try this and an avocado ranch soon.
