Bodacious in Longview off Mobberly. Stanley's in Tyler. I would go to the Country Tavern in Kilgore off 31
Only 3 I would recommend as well. And a note about Bodacious Mobberly, their menu is vastly expansive over other Bodacious. They have specialty sausage links that are incredible. Look at their FB page for daily and weekly items.

Soul Man’s BBQ
Absolutely terrible BBQ. I asked for chopped brisket, these people put my brisket in a blender and blended it with fat and everything. Thought I was on Candid Camera or something.

Another note: the pitmaster/owner that was there when they made top 10 is not there anymore. This location actually shut down for awhile. New pitmaster/owner is pretty good but not on the same level.
As for another suggestion, I hate to give this away because its already too busy, I will add Carter's BBQ. Their chicken is the best in town. Brisket and ribs are really good and consistent. Sides suck. Boudin is the zummo's crap. Get off the Eastman Rd exit and it's ~2 miles north on the left.
