I'll try to remember to let you guys know. My Searzall should be arriving in the same box as the Anova.
I couldn't help it. I just blacked out for a second and when I came to, the Searzall was ordered.

I bought the Anova too; I was kicking myself for not getting the $99 V1 when it went on clearance a few weeks ago. I've got a pork shoulder, a pork belly, some strip steaks and some short ribs in the freezer...trying to decide what to make first.
